Buyers need to be able to envision themselves in your home and being present at your home can hamper the buyer’s ability to do this. Additionally, many buyers may feel rushed if the homeowner is present. It’s best to let a buyer relax and take their time as they go through your house. With that in mind, some sellers prefer to stick around during showings for security reasons.
